ATLANTA, Ga. — October 12, 2026 — WURKXCREW, the independent creative venture of Georgia-based artist Frank D. Monroe, announces the publication of a document chronology and unsealed judicial records concerning a multi-year settlement dispute with former HealthSpring Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Nashville Predators co-owner Herbert A. Fritch.

Following an April 28, 2026, ruling by Chancellor Anne C. Martin in Davidson County Chancery Court (Monroe v. Fritch, Case No. 26-0276-II), the previously sealed case files are now accessible to the public. The court order authorized access to the records with limited redactions. The release of these documents provides a public, verifiable account of the financial, educational, and contractual arrangements established between the parties.

The unsealed dockets document a timeline of agreements executed between 2017 and 2020, involving approximately $400,000 in total payments. According to the public filings, the case history includes Fritch’s financial backing for Monroe to attend Full Sail University, where Monroe earned a degree in Entertainment Business.

The newly public records, including a January 6, 2020, supplemental agreement, outline specific legal stipulations regarding family custody and contact. The documented terms state that Monroe’s name would remain on the children’s birth certificates. The agreement also established strict parameters regarding the exercise of paternal rights and direct contact with the children.

Subsequent case communications in the public record indicate that Monroe declined additional monetary offers that fell outside the scope of the established written agreements, formally requesting instead that the parties adhere strictly to the existing legal contracts and dispute resolution procedures.

Furthermore, the unsealed case files contain evaluative reports that reference Monroe’s mental health during the proceedings. The executed settlement agreements on file, however, do not outline financial allocations or formal pathways for Monroe to receive therapeutic care or medical treatment.

Currently acting as a pro se litigant, Monroe has issued a formal demand for binding private arbitration to Fritch’s legal representatives to seek a finalized resolution. Monroe's stated goal for the arbitration is to establish an irrevocable special needs trust for his seven-year-old child, who is on the autism spectrum, to facilitate specialized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy.

Addressing his continued involvement in the legal proceedings during a WSMV4 Investigates broadcast, Monroe stated on the public record: "Because you love somebody and you don’t quit on them."
