Return On Life Launches Course Teaching Working Mothers to Run Their Homes With Systems

Rochelle Rozario has launched Return On Life (ROL), a self-paced course that teaches working mothers to run their homes with systems instead of exhaustion. The first product, ROL: Home Edition, went live on 11 August 2026.
The idea began with a crisis. Rochelle was admitted to hospital, and her child's nanny quit the same night. Her mother and mother-in-law wanted to help, but they did not know her toddler's routine. Instead of focusing on getting better, she was worried about her child. That is when she built a proper childcare backup system.
Her home soon ran calmly, even with no one else to lean on. Other mothers noticed and kept asking, "How do you manage it all?" She realised that nobody teaches women how to run a home, so she turned her systems into a course.
"You don't need more discipline. You need systems," says Rochelle Rozario, Founder of Return On Life.
ROL: Home Edition has eight short video lessons and costs ₹999 as a one-time payment, with lifetime access on any device. It includes worksheets, a printable Master Systems Pack and self-evaluation checklists. It teaches three systems:
The Cook's Chart: ends daily meal decision fatigue.
The Caregiver System: makes sure one cancellation cannot ruin a day.
The Stacked Wellness Window: fits a mother's own well-being into routines she already has.
Most courses in India focus on careers. ROL focuses on the home and is designed for Indian households, including nuclear families and domestic help. Every system comes from the founder's own home, and each has a printable worksheet so a mother can start the same day.
ROL is fully self-funded. It was tested through beta testing with paid advertising and made paid sales from the start of its campaign. More than 100 mothers have been reached and helped so far.
Next, Rochelle plans one-to-one consultations, guided programmes and a second course shaped by what mothers say they need most.
