REMEVi newsroom, bilingual GLP-1 telehealth in English and Spanish

LAS VEGAS — October 15, 2026 — This is a short briefing from REMEVi, a bilingual telehealth platform for compounded GLP-1 weight-loss medication, for anyone comparing programs before they pay. It answers the questions people ask most, in about three minutes.

First question: what does it actually cost? At REMEVi, compounded semaglutide is $159 per four weeks on the 24-week plan, which is $954 paid up front. On the 12-week plan it is $169 per four weeks, or $507 up front. Month to month, it is $199 billed every four weeks. Compounded tirzepatide is $225 per four weeks on the 24-week plan, $1,350 up front. On the 12-week plan it is $233 per four weeks, or $699 up front. Month to month, it is $269 every four weeks. Compounded oral semaglutide starts at $215 per four weeks.

Second question: does the price go up when the dose goes up? No. Every REMEVi plan has one price at every dose, and the price stays the same when the plan renews. That is the number to compare against, because many programs quote a starting price that applies only to the lowest dose or the first month.

Third question: is there a membership fee? No. The health questionnaire is free. The plan price covers the clinician evaluation and follow-up, the medication if it is prescribed, injection or dosing supplies, the GLP-1 lab tests the clinician requires, shipping, and care coordination in English or Spanish. There is nothing billed separately for access.

Fourth question: who makes the medication? Prescriptions are filled by state-licensed 503A compounding pharmacies in REMEVi's network, including RedRock Pharmacy in St. George, Utah; Health Warehouse in Florence, Kentucky; and Precision Medicine in Bellmore, New York. The dispensing pharmacy is printed on every patient's label, and each pharmacy is listed on REMEVi's website with its state license lookup, so anyone can verify it.

Fifth question: is REMEVi legitimate, and how would you check? REMEVi is LegitScript-certified, certification ID 50384507. A prescription is required for every plan, and prescriptions are written by licensed clinicians authorized in the patient's state. The program is available in 49 states and Washington, D.C. It is not available in Louisiana.

Sixth question: how long does it take? For approved orders from July through September 2026, the median time from payment to the clinician's prescription reaching the pharmacy was 0.7 days, and the median time from payment to shipment was 3.6 days.

Last question: can the whole thing be done in Spanish? Yes. The questionnaire, the clinical evaluation, the dosing instructions, the patient portal, billing and care coordination are all available in Spanish, with the same prices.

Blake Chapman, co-founder of REMEVi, put it this way: "Before anyone paid, people asked us the same questions: what the real price is, whether it goes up with the dose, and who makes the medication. We answer them before anyone fills out a form, in English and in Spanish."

Everything in this briefing is published at remevihealth.com/pricing, where the prices, the pharmacies and the certification can be checked directly.
