The total course fee is ₹14,00,000, payable annually at ₹7,00,000 per year or semester-wise at ₹3,50,000 per semester across four semesters. A convenience charge of ₹6,000 per year applies to the semester-wise option. The fee excludes hostel accommodation and an optional international study tour.

Hostel accommodation starts at ₹11,000 per month for twin-sharing rooms with furniture, air-cooling, an attached bathroom, Wi-Fi, and access to a common television. Charges may vary by facility and room type.

NDIM has established a ₹2.5 crore scholarship and rebate fund. Eligibility for scholarships may be based on entrance examination percentiles, academic performance, and specified rebate categories. Entrance exams considered include CAT, XAT, CMAT, MAT, GMAT, and ATMA. The amount of assistance depends on the applicable criteria.
