FulfilQ launches OpFit, an ecommerce logistics roadmap that tells brands which partners they’ll need before they need them

London, November 2026 – FulfilQ.com, the global logistics matching platform, today announced OpFit, an ecommerce logistics roadmap that works like having a logistics consultant on call. Brands tell OpFit where their business is today and where they want to take it, and it builds a timed plan of every partner they’ll need to get there, with a recommended provider for each step.
More than 200 brands have already joined the waitlist ahead of OpFit’s full launch in late November 2026.
Most logistics decisions are made too late
OpFit is built around a problem most growing brands recognise. A brand enters a new market, lands a major retailer or sees volumes jump, and suddenly needs a new warehouse, a freight partner, customs support or a returns solution, all at once. With deadlines looming, partners are chosen under pressure with little time to compare.
In most cases, the damage doesn’t come from choosing the wrong partner. It comes from finding the right one too late.
How OpFit works
Brands share their current revenue, order volumes, markets and how they operate today, along with where they’re heading: new markets, new channels, higher volumes or bigger targets. OpFit then builds a roadmap showing what to do now, what comes next, and which partner fits each step.
Crucially, the roadmap works back from the brand’s target dates, factoring in the realistic lead time for each type of partner. A skincare brand shipping 1,500 orders a month and aiming to sell in Germany by September, for example, would be told to start fulfilment conversations around 20 weeks out, freight at 16 weeks, customs at 12 weeks and returns at eight, so nothing becomes urgent.
OpFit covers every stage from growth to post purchase: ecommerce platforms and front end tech, 3PLs and warehousing, international freight and customs, tax, duties and finance, returns and customer service, and specialist needs such as oversized, high value and dangerous goods.
Rather than simply flagging risks, OpFit always shows brands what to do instead, and every recommendation comes from FulfilQ’s network of more than 230 partners across the UK, USA, Europe and Australia. Brands remain free to choose who they speak to and when.
Ian Spencer, Founder of FulfilQ, said: “Brands put real thought into their growth plans, then leave logistics until the last minute, and that’s when expensive mistakes happen. Having led more than 70 international market entries, I know the hardest part isn’t finding a good partner. It’s knowing which partners you need, and starting those conversations early enough. FulfilQ helps brands find and compare providers. OpFit tells them which ones they need, in what order and when.”
